Starter is for casual use or experimenting with Cleve. We recommend Pro for most everyday users: more usage, capable models, and complete version history. Choose Max if you regularly use premium models for complex research or long-form projects and want significantly more AI usage. Choose Team for a shared AI company brain and a collaborative workspace, or Enterprise for advanced security and administration needs.

Your docs form a knowledge base that Cleve can search and read to find relevant context across your work. Together with your conversations and connected tools, this helps your AI agent answer questions, connect ideas, and write with a deeper understanding of what you’re doing, without explaining everything from scratch. This is included in every plan. Team extends that context to your company’s shared knowledge, with access based on workspace permissions.

These connections let you use Cleve from other AI apps; the model lists above show the models available inside Cleve. See the MCP setup guide.

Every plan includes Cleve Auto. Pro includes all Starter models; Max includes all Pro models and adds premium models. Team Standard seats include Starter and Pro models, while Premium seats also include Max models. Switch between the models in your plan within the same conversation, keeping your context. The cards and comparison table above show the model lists. DeepSeek, GLM, and Kimi are hosted securely by US-based providers.

Each plan includes AI usage measured over two limits: a 5-hour session limit and a weekly limit. Each reply uses an amount that reflects the work it took, so more capable models and longer, more complex replies use more. Auto, the default model, gets you the most out of your usage. Higher plans include more usage, and Pro and Max also include more AI voice dictation and meeting notes usage than Starter. Check how much you’ve used and when each limit resets in Settings → Billing.

Cleve tells you which limit you’ve reached and when it resets. You can wait for the reset or upgrade in Settings → Billing. Your docs stay available the whole time; only AI work pauses.

Starter, Pro, Max, and Team offer monthly and annual billing. Crossed-out prices show the monthly-billed rate; the lower rate is the monthly equivalent of annual billing, paid upfront for the year. For Team Premium annual pricing, contact us.

Starter includes 30 days of doc version history. Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise include complete doc version history. Every plan lets you compare saved doc versions with diffs that highlight additions and deletions, so you can see what changed.

Yes. Manage your plan in Settings → Billing. Upgrades are charged when you confirm them. For a downgrade or cancellation, you’ll see when your current subscription ends before you confirm the change.

Team gives your company a shared workspace and AI company brain, with centralised billing and seat management. Every Team seat includes shared company knowledge.
