Our story

Hey it’s Ash.

Thought of sharing why we even started Cleve in the first place.

Lizzie, Rashad and I loved what the creator economy enabled.

With podcasts, reels, tiktoks, linkedin, youtube videos and more, we were able to learn from many of the best minds of the world, for free.

However, there were many voices that weren’t represented.

Many people have amazing stories, experiences and knowledge to share, but they couldn’t share it because:

- They didn’t have the time

- They didn’t know how to optimise for the platforms

- And unlike the bigger creators, they didn’t have the money to spend hiring a team.

Their ideas would never reach the people who need to see it.

We wanted to change that, and build tools that could help people share their ideas easily, in a way that’s optimised for the internet.

That’s why Cleve exists. And if you’re up for it, that’s the challenge we’d love for you to join us on.

Why Join Us?

Get involved in the real stuff

- For product roles, from day 1 you’ll be working on critical features and improvements that affect all of our users - and finding ways to build great products.

- For growth roles, you’ll be working on key projects from day 1 on all our main marketing channels to drive growth, improve user retention and deliver a stellar experience to customers.

- In general, you’ll be a part of an early stage startup and experience taking a software product off the ground first-hand, and have the opportunity to get involved in important decisions that shape the future of the company.

Our application process

Fill in the application form.
For actively hiring roles, we’ll email you an invitation to a 30 min interview if successful
Depending on the role, there may be a take-home assessment you’ll need to complete.
If accepted, you’ll have a 7 day trial period for both of us to work together and see if it’s a fit (compensated)

Know that this is an early-stage startup competing on a global scale. Things move crazy fast in Gen AI and we’re looking to be at the forefront.

Working at startups isn’t for everyone, but if you’re someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of it, you’ll thrive, have a ton of fun, do your best work and create things you’re proud of.

There won’t be:

Hand-holding.
A consistent long-term plan. Plans will change rapidly as we respond to market changes.
People checking in on your work all the time. You’ll need to be proactive, take initiative and ask for what you need.
